Corona virus update
All structured workouts suspended

Hi team,

As per the Province of Manitoba and Triathlon Manitoba recommendations, Sulong will suspend all structured group workouts effective immediately. The Winter Club is also limiting access and cancelling all group activities – this means until further notice we will no longer have our Tuesday strength class and Thursday spin.  We believe in doing our part to help reduce the risk of spreading the virus.

I encourage you to keep training – our bike trainers will be our best friend and running outside is a great option.

Updates will be provided when available.  Let's keep connected by use of this website, its Forum, and via email.

Stay healthy!

Taking Aim at Tokyo – Tyler talks A-Race planning
10:30am-12:30pm @ Sport Manitoba - Register required

Tyler will share his story with all of us.  We'll learn how everything was planned to enable that outstanding performance, what it felt like to build towards the event, how to handle the pressure and trust the process, and then the amazing feeling when it all came together for the win.  We'll also look at how this type of planning can help you ensure your best performances occur at target races... not in training the week after them.

Cycling with Coach Bill at Sprint

Postponed until the new year. It seems December is rather busy for everyone.

If you want these sessions to occur in January, please express your interest to Bill Ralph at wfralph@mymts.net so he can set the schedule events in January. Stay tuned for the Club Calendar updates.
