The Sulong Triathlon Group is a very diverse group of passionate individuals! We are all about training hard, finding the fun in our workouts and enjoying social time together. To accomplish our goals, we look to many training options, tools, and methods.
This is one of the things that sets Sulong apart; we realize everyone's schedules may not be able to accommodate a set weekly training regime.
Below are summaries of our training options for each individual discipline within the sport of triathlon, as well as ways to connect as a club using electronic training tools. If you have any questions about these, feel free to contact us.

Open Water Swims:
During the summer months, Coach Wanda organizes weekly open water swims because no matter how good you are in a pool, gaining confidence and skills for open water swimming is an essential part of triathlon. Open water can be both invigorating and rewarding, but also presents unique challenges – deep-water mass starts, close proximity swimming, sighting, sun glare, turns around buoys, current, breathing in rough water, cold water immersion and swim exits. Practice can help gain experience with all these things.

You can also look at other Master's Swim Clubs if it fits your schedule and skill level!
