SULONG

Our members include triathletes of all abilities, from beginners to Ironman veterans.  Club dues are $85 per year for regular membership along with Triathlon Manitoba and Triathlon Canada Membership dues.

Every Sulong club member has access to group workout options, social activities, club support at local races, access to early registration at Ironman races, and discounts at merchant partners, such as Woodcock Cycle, Swimming Matters, Bikes and Beyond, and F2C Nutrition.

• Weekly Group Cycling on Zwift

• Team Challenges - Fitness, Bike, and Run Challenges with opportunities to win local gift cards to sporting stores

Kids of Steel (4-15) and Juniors (16-19) have FREE membership with the Sulong Triathlon Group. The required collected fees go directly to Triathlon Manitoba and Triathlon Canada.

Finally, being a sizable Triathlon club in Manitoba requires we host a race, of which we have two, the Interlake Kids of Steel and the Hecla Triathlon! This ensures we contribute to the health of our sport locally, which is extremely important!  We ask each Sulong members to contribute to the success of these race in some way.
